Mr. Blossom has over 30 years experience in the employee benefits field and leads the ABG Investment Advisor Team. He is a full “Member” of the American Society of Pension Actuaries. He is a founder and a past President of Retirement Administrators and Designers of America (RADA) and has been a speaker on numerous national level programs dealing with the development and administration of qualified plans. He currently serves on the steering committee of the Society of Professional Administrators and Record Keepers (SPARK), as a member of the Schwab Retirement Plan Services Advisory Board, and is the President of Alliance Benefit Group (National).

Ms. Weitzel is a Certified Plan Consultant with over 19 years of experience with administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. As COO she manages the day to day operations of the company’s multiple service areas and provides marketing support and consulting services to clients and intermediary relationships. Ms. Weitzel has served as a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries Examination Committee, the Pension Actuary Committee, and has been a guest speaker of the Illinois ESOP Association.

Linda Byrne Blossom, Trustee for ESOP, AIFA®, PPC™– Senior Consultant and Vice President
Ms. Blossom has over 30 years experience in the design and administration of qualified plans. She is particularly experienced in consulting on the development of 401(k) plans and effective employee communications for 401(k) retirement savings plans. She has developed a multimedia presentation for enrollments and participant education. She leads the firm in specialized services for 401(k) plans with unusually responsive reporting and flexible investment options. Ms. Blossom is a member of the ABG Investment Advisory Team.

Teresa D. Wood, QKA, ARPS – Senior Vice President of Daily Plan Services and Operations
Ms. Wood has over 17 years of experience in pension administration and is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator. As a member of the ESOP Administration Committee, she serves as the internal client service representative to our ESOP. She oversees the activities of the Daily Plan Services and Operations groups. She is responsible for monitoring their workflow, quality of service and client relationships. With her experience and client sensitivity she serves as a valuable resource to her staff and the clients in meeting the retirement needs of the Plan participants.

Beverly D. Alleman, ARPS, ARPC, PPC™ – Vice President/Director of Marketing Services
Ms. Alleman has been serving the needs of defined benefit and defined contribution plan clients for over 20 years, including Taft Hartley plans. She is responsible for developing and maintaining intermediary relationships including registered representatives, banks and CPA’s. Ms. Alleman also conducts participant education and enrollment meetings for a variety of clients.

Paul R. Oakford – Director of HSA Services
Mr. Oakford has over 5 years experience in the employee benefits industry. He has worked with employers to evaluate their group health plan need and make recommendations to help the employer meet their employee benefit strategy. Since the passing of the Medicare Prescription Drug Improvement and Modernization Act of 2003 (Pub. L. 108-173) which created Health Savings Accounts (HSA) he has been involved in the design and creation of our HSA program, MyHSA. He is key in partnering with large distribution firms that market our MyHSA product across the country.

Constance E. King, CPC, QPA – Senior Consultant, Consulting Services Department
Ms. King has been with Alliance Benefit Group since 1994. Prior to that she received her BS in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa. She is the firm’s technical advisor on the design and administration of Defined Benefit, ESOP, Cash Balance and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Ms. King is also active in providing in-house training through courses designed by the American Society of Pension Actuaries (ASPPA). She has been active on the Education & Examination Task Force for ASPPA as well as serving on their TPA committee. Ms. King has been published in The Pension Actuary.
