Secure File Upload Transition Notice

As part of our transition to Sentinel, the secure file upload site will be retired on September 25, 2026. After this date, file uploads and submissions through this site will no longer be accepted.

Employers should contact Sentinel directly regarding future file transmission requirements and access to their secure submission platform.
